Default 99 Alero Rear Defroster issue

I think I need to replace a shorted or loose connection for my rear defroster. It's a module I need to get to on the upper passenger side by the back seats. How do I get to it? I started to get the trim off, but it got stuck around the seatbelt.

The seat belt may have to come off and that is usally a Torx's bit may be t-15 not sure although I thought the rear seat should fold down on that car.

Mitchell doesn't list a removal procedure and l;abor time is .6 so it shouldn't be very difficult I would suspect there is a easier access can you take pics?

Fixed, thanks all!
There was something holding everything down. Had to unratchet it. It was under a cushion of a seat.
