Default Houston, we're.... missing an airbag?

So after an hour fight to get to my radio to figure out why I lost radio reception (Loose antenna I think, plus a wire isn't in all the way on a plug (you can see excess wire without shielding (and the wire is all scrunched up to make it fit.) I was putting my car back together. This is WTF moment number one (and not surprising.)

Number two. the biggest $*%*up my focus has. I apparently DON'T have a passenger AIRBAG

Exhibit A:

There should be an airbag here, right? No wiring, no nothing. Thats right behind the cover..

Is anyone else smelling lawsuit?

So when are you selling tickets for Cluff vs Ford?

(More evidence for my theory that Mustangs are produced by Toyota and secretly sold to Ford for remarketing. lol)

only thing i can say is take it back to the dealer. its brand new and its supposed to have an airbag there. this would fall under the lemon law. (providing it works on new cars as well) and if the lemon law does work on new cars, use that as leverage to get some extra options put on your car for not having the proper safety equipment when they're supposed to check on that stuff during the PDI. beauty of working at a dealership, you know how to get it your way." Was the best answer from FocusFanatics
