Default Something fell off the bottom of my car, is it important?

Alright I own a 04 SE-R and this was dangling under my car about to come off:

It was about to fall off when I pulled it out and put it in my trunk the other day. It was on the drivers side, right next to the side of the rear bumper. Is it important or can I just leave it off, seeing that it doesn't like staying on my car? :P

Here's some of the numbers that are on it: (can't differentiate what is the model # and what isn't)
76805 4Z000
ML830-5641-100

Probably just a mud guard of some kind. I wouldn't worry.

Just a piece of trim. I wouldn't worry much, probably glued on originally.

1984 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci six | granny four | 3.55 rear end | 210K | Brakes shot. Rear drums are doing most of the work. Not fit to drive due to that.

1989 Ford F150 | 300cid six...again | 5-speed | 4x4 | 160K | Needs brakes done as well. Oi!

It's a "duct drafter" whatever that is.

It looks like something put in to prevent rats from climbing into the factory cold air intake. Just a thought?

It allows air to be vented out to relieve pressure during temp changes with out allowing water in when wet. It's not important just leave it off unless you can find a way to attach it better may be some wood screws.

That's the trunk flow through vent that allows air to leave the interior of the car, and the flaps keep dust and exhaust from entering the car.

It's important, put it back in.
