Default 02 Ranger Code P1537 Intake Runner Control

I'm working on a guy's 2002 Ranger and Autozombie called up the code P1537, which means Intake Runner Control valve stuck.

What does this mean? Anybody? I have no clue, by googling it i can tell its something that engages and pulls a cable after about 3k RPM?

Also by googling i can tell they're expensive. Anybody have experience with said code?

If it's internal of the intake then you need to remove and inspect the valve if it's external then you need to check operation and the plastic clips that hold the rod they like to brake. It basicly allows higher volme air flow at higher rpm but can caus the truck to run rich orlean if stuck.
