Here are a few points I have:
K&N intake is robbery. You are better off just getting some abs pipe, a K&N filter (they do make good ones), and a coupler to attach it to the throttle body. You probably want a 4" pipe and a nice big cone filter, but I don't know the dimensions of you car so I can't say for sure.

The Jegs exhaust seems awfully cheap and the information on the page doesn't really tell much. It lists a bunch of different products without much more information. If you can afford it, get exhaust that is 3" and 409 grade stainless steel (I will explain this below).

Headers seem good, they are not 304 which is the best grade stainless steel but 409 which is still good, but you are missing a downpipe which goes between the headers and exhaust. You most likely want to get one that is 3" and stainless steel. Big thing about the downpipe is that is where the catalytic converter is, which can add to the cost. If you don't have to test for emissions, and you are fine with just polluting the air a straight downpipe is your choice. Otherwise you will need a cat, and a high flow cat should do the job with really minimal power loss.

I am not so sure about the Crown Tune-Up Kit. You won't need the air filter, and most likely you won't need the oil filter also. The rest all depends on your mileage and might be needed or not. Still I bet its cheaper to just buy everything on its own that you really need.

The throttle body spacer is a bit of a sham, and I doubt that you will see any power gains from it. Definitely not worth $80.

I am not very knowledgeable about lift kits, you would be better off asking the Jeep Club guys on OCN.

The security system seems to have a lot of bells and whistles. Do you really need the camera and carbon fiber image viewer? You can probably go cheaper.

...thats a lot of money to lift your truck, give it a little more power, spiff it up, and make it sound better. Not worth it.

Ditch the throttle body spacer, both 02 sensors (they are much cheaper at rockauto.com), and the tune up kit. Stick with copper plugs for the 4.0 as they seem to work the best, and go with a good OE replacement spark plug wire. My Jeep is currently running Champion RC12LYC Copper spark plugs from Advanced Auto, along with an AC-Delco plug wire set from RockAuto.

As for the exhaust, the Jegs exhaust looks good on paper, but I'd have to see/hear it in person to tell for myself. FWIW I was considering buying the same one myself.

And for the intake, there is a reason why I didn't go with the K&N FIPK, and that is because my chopped up air box works well and was free for me to use. I can take some pictures of my intake if you'd like me to.

I have a question for you vtech1, does your brake pedal pulse or push back some when you are braking normally on bare, dry ground?

You definitely should ask these guys about exhaust and stuff, because I know some of them are running the same drivetrain as you.
