Default So I finally drove an Impala

So I went out and drove a new Impala, with the 3.5L, I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I was expecting a little more out of a 220hp motor. Otherwise the car was what I expected, big and comfy.

I intend to drive a 3.9L before I buy, which should be in 3 weeks.

Any other big comfy sedans I should try before I buy one?

Yeah as I said they're a little sluggish, but comfy as hell.

Don't want Rwd, we don't get a lot of snow but I have job where I can't miss days, even if they haven't plowed the roads yet.

Other than the Impala, the only other car I can think of is the Buick Lucerne. It is full size, compared to the mid size Impala, and comes with the 3800 V6. Problem is it might be out of your price range.

So do cops and taxi drivers and they do alright. Though they have a posi rear.

But still, a one wheel peel in a crown vic is still a one wheel peel in something else. Or at least in my experience

Plus they're heavy so once you get moving you can float over the snow and bash through the crap left by other cars and such

Just my though

Crown Vics aren't TOO bad in the snow, but still not nearly on par with an Impala.

Yeah but there were some days that even my cavalier wagon had some issues this year.
