Default Need Some Help with Damaged Dashboard

Hello, I am new to this forum, and I just recently had a problem where I was moving some shelves from one location to another in my car and the tip of one of the shelves pressed against the dashboard of my car and created a few lines that I am unsure of how to fix. I have attached an image of the lines here in hopes that one of you may let me know what would be the best way to fix this. Is there a kit I can purchase to fix this or should I just take it in to my auto dealer for them to fix it?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply!

If that is vinyl and not leather, try a hair dryer on it. The heat will soften the vinyl and it will relax and return to it's former shape.

It it's gouged, then you will need to find a dash guy to repair it. These guys are all over the place. Dealers use them to fix cuts and holes in dashes.

You may be able to meet the guy at a dealer and he can charge you less then if he had to go to your place.
