Default Cloth is a light tan

light tan with a small pattern woven in. I can live with staining as long as I can effectively clean it and get it dry. Truck is 10 years old and still in great shape other than this!

Thanks for your help !

The reason I ask is I don't know how to get rid of mildew without using bleach and if you have dark cloth it will lighten it.

I'd say to try to follow the instructions here and adapt them for your truck:
http://www.ehow.com/how_18795_remove...-clothing.html
Like instead of brushing it use a shop vac or dustbuster.
Then scrub it with a damp washcloth with some laundry detergent on it. If you can get a steam cleaner like they use for carpets that sucks the water back up that would be good.
Really what will do the trick is going to be step with the bleach but that might turn your upholstery white too.

I hope you live somewhere warm where you can leave the windows open and have the sun shine in.

Basically, upholstery is still fabric, therefore you can use laundry detergent, as was stated above. I generally dampen the spot with a washrag and a mix of water/detergent, then use a stiff brush to try and lather it up really well, don't go too crazy on some types of fabric, then use the washrag again rinsing thoroughly in a bucket of water to get the soap and as much of the offending dirty spot off the fabric. Then I take a towel and press hard into the seat to soak up as much of the liquid as I can, sometimes scrubbing a bit with the towel to further clean up the fabric.

Don't dampen the seat too much though, something about getting the seat too wet seems to let out every stenchy butt sweat/spilled drink/'cheese cut' that ever hit the seat, and it is one God awful stench that takes quite awhile to get rid of. I know this from experience, in my old Dodge Colt years ago, spilled a 5 gallon cooler of water on the back seat and it stunk the entire fall till it finally dried out.
