Default Headlaps have haze inside?

So i have a 1993 Toyota Corolla with aftermarket headlights assembly (only thing different is that it's crystal) did not get it brand new, and i think there is haze inside one of them. I tried using turtle wax on the outside, but still no cigar. Do you think it's on the inside?

Edit: Headlamps

It's almost always on the inside

There's several ways to fix it. I'll let Conner chime in here, he does it regularly. I've never had to. There's a lot of things he has to do to his Fords that I don't

Ive never seen it on the inside, but i have restored many headlights from oxidation on the outside of the plastic.

Tools needed:
Mothers powerball
drill (higher speed the better)
car polish, not wax. I use meguiars
1000,2000,3000 grit sandpaper. Can be found at autozone etc

Process:
WET sand the outside of the headlights with the sandpaper starting with the 1000grit. Do it lightly and evenly. Once it is a smooth uniform finish, rinse and change up to the 2000 grit.

With the 2k grit, again, light and even finish is what your going for, but since it a finer paper, it will take a little longer to sand out all the grooves left from the 1k grit. Once you feel you have a good finish, rinse and move to the 3k grit paper.

Same as the 2k, but you will spend a good bit sanding out the final scratches left from the previous paper.

Clean the headlight and go to town with the mothers powerball and car polish. Wipe clean and enjoy!
