Default Fog lamps for 2004 Ford Taurus

Hey guys

I'm looking to put a set of fog lights on the Taurus. The dimensions of the slots in the bumper are conservatively 7" x 1 3/8" with the option of mounting lights there with a bracket to the frame. Any suggestions on lights? Cost isn't a huge concern but I don't want to spend an excessive amount.

The help is appreciated!

First, I'd put them on the outside. Second, try to get round ones. If you get rectangles, you better be 100% sure they are straight. It shows BIG time.
If it were me, I'd have a shop modify the bumper to allow round lamps.

OK, no. If it were me, I'd buy a custom bumper.

OK, no. If it were really me, I'd put them behind a mesh grill.

OK, no. If it were REALLY REALLY me, I'd sell the taurus and get a Volvo.

But seriously, mod the bumper and put round ones on the outside. I don't see anyone having done that yet.

I would really suggest removing the outer most grills and installing something more eom looking there then the slim kind you would need to fit the spots you picked out.

Yeah. But round ones molded into the plastic would look more stock.
