Default Fog lights? Or some sort of lighting upgrade

So now we are reduced to just the Odyssey van, I have found its lights just about as bad as anything I have seen. I know that simple bulb changes are usually worthless, maybe changing the color but not adding light. My thoughts are adding fog lights, but I have done this in the past on car and it turns out to be the trial from hell getting through the firewall for a switch. With LED lights now all over(last set of fog lights I installed were incandescent), I am curious if I could tie some LED fog lights into the headlight wires?

I know way back when that put too much load on the stock wiring. But I have seen them tie trailer wiring into the taillights via stock weatherproof connectors, and I am curious if I could find something like that.... OK tell me why I should just deal with it.

Also just for note I work nights so I drive probably 50% of yearly driving in the dark.
Do your part to increase minivan population, go bareback...its more fun anyways!

Or feel free to drive that SUV and argue its not just a raised station wagon....jus sayin.

Bulbs can make a big difference actually.

Otherwise HIDs but you'd need new housings for them to work well.

I wouldn't wire fogs on the headlight circuit.
