Default Rav4 price: so good/no good?

Hey all,

I am looking at a 2008 Toyota Rav4 base, 2.4L 4 cyl AWD auto with only 29k for $15,495 (less a $500 coupon). This will be my first purchase through a dealer (I'm using auto lenders which is much like a Carmax from what I hear). It is within FMV, but I guess my hangup is that a vehicle 6- years-old can still be so much. Obviously the condition of the car matters, but let's assume it's in great/excellent condition. I'm new to all this so I'm just trying to grasp true value in a vehicle. I'm hoping this will last well into my late 30s (I'm 26 now).

The vehicle is Auto Lender certified for 6mo/6000 miles.

Thanks for any insight you can give.

If the car was really clean, that would be a decent price in my local.
