Default Buying First car - Narrow down choices

I am looking to buy an used car. I am looking at Subaru Legacy sedan vs Subaru Wrx vs VW passat vs Mazda 6 . The maximum budget is $20K. I am an everyday driver ( 2 miles to work + avg 350 miles on weekends ). I am not a racer on the weekends but would prefer a sporty looking car, 4 seater, 4 door, manual transmission with a good handling in snow. Which one of these would be good for my purpose. I will be keeping the car for around 4-5 years at maximum. I am finding it difficult to narrow down my choices. Normally, I would go with WRX but its price is on the higher side and I am not a racer. So kind of feel, it is more than what I need. Which one would you suggest ? Any other cars that would suit my needs? Please help.So confused.

Cut the Passat out. Test drive the others and choose.

The time I drove a passat it was sadly auto.
But it wasn't bad, I quite enjoyed it.
Although Mike is right, out of that list I would cut it. The WRX and the Mazda seem to be much more fun. I would cut the sedan aswell though.
Personally not a fan, and I think you would have much more fun with the other two.
Both for daily driving and if you're at all into performance and aftermarket goods.
The difference between stick and automatic... ones for car lovers, ones for a person with a license.
