Default 2012 Chevy malibu possible issue

Hey guys, I'm looking into purchasing a 2012 chevy Malibu with 67000 miles from a used car dealership. The car is great, but has an issue I'm uncomfortable with. The dealership was very transparent that it has level 1 seepage around the transmission, meaning it's damp, but it has no droplets and leaves no oil marks on the ground. They told me this is extremely common for a car of this many miles. Now, I'm not going to take a used car salesman's word for it, so what do you guys think, assuming it's well priced but definitely not a steal, is this a deal breaker?

seepage turn into leaks if not fixed, yes, old cars often have wet spots, drip some oil, but you are not looking at 14 years old car, but a 4 years old car, i'd say look someplace else, or at least investigate where the oil comes from and what it costs to fix,
