Default Looking to Purchase a Hatchback or SUV

Looking for something used with a $10 budget. I'm torn between a hatchback and SUV. I really like AWD or 4WD but I'm not too sure how many hatchback style car come with those options.

$10 budget? Not going to get much. Can't even buy a shell from a scrapyard with that.

Then I'd say you need to pick whether you want a hatch or an SUV...

Mid 2000s Subaru Legacy could be had in a wagon/hatch and AWD.

~2012 Mazda 3 is a good hatch option....but only FWD.

And of course the perennial VW Golf as well is a solid choice.

Suzuki SX4 is exclusively hatch and exlusively AWD, but Suzuki is out of business now (though findning parts shouldn't be a big issue) and these cars are quite small.
