Default will 1999 mazda 3.0 fit in 2000 lincolin ls ?

I have a 2000 Lincoln ls with a 3.0l engine which is damaged. I have found a mazda b3000 with a 3.0l engine. will it work in the 2000 Lincoln ls ?

NO!

Lincoln's 3.0L is a Ford Duratec, whole different animal from the Vulcan motors in the B3000 (AKA Ranger). Even if it was right, you'd need the model with the different tappets I believe and that's exclusive to the LS and probably Jag.
