Default Car buyer

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a car to buy within the next couple of weeks. I'm interested in Volkswagon Passat, but am open to some other cars. I have tons of questions! I hope I can get some answers on this forum.

Thanks!

Based on the Passat as your first choice, I recommend looking into:

Toyota Avalon
Nissan Maxima
Volvo S60
Chevrolet Impala
Pontiac G6
Dodge Challenger (MAYBE)
Chrysler 300C
Ford Five Hundred
Audi A6
Subaru Legacy
Honda Accord

Hi guys!

Thanks for the recommendations. Well, my price range is prolly around 10 grand. I was looking at cars like a 2002 bmw 325xi, 2002 Audi TT, and 2002 Acura TL that were all around 10 grand and their mileage was around 70-80 thousand. So, I'm thinking...why don't more people buy those types of cars instead of civics, corollas and jettas? Whats the catch....insurance, maintenance....?

If you guys know..give me numbers...cuz I feel like taking a risk...haha

AND the fuel economy.

CLUFF: I put the 300C up because it's a comfortable good handling Sedan. Drive one.

Not a big fan of boats, I like something sporty (but I'm assuming its kind of quick thanks to the Hemi engine).

W00T 800th post!
