Default Hello

Hi, all. I'm on our sister site DogForum.net and decided to join up. My daughter totalled the commutermobile on black ice, last month, so we'll be looking for something to replace it. I figured I'd kick around over here and see what I might learn. It was a Nimitz-class 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis with around 230k miles on it, but she hit the guardrail at 55mph and walked away with a bloody nose from the 20-yr old airbag. I can't complain.

Hey there!

First off, can we get a rough price range so we can make reasonable suggestions?

Not sure, yet, Mike. Depends in part on if I get a contract or a job offer, tbh. I've had a number of contracts or bids fall through due to the economy, so things are a little tight, at the moment, but I'm sure that will change. I'm starting to look, now, so that I can look for deals and jump when the opportunity arises. It's for the kids to share at college, so nothing too nice, but solid and safe. They can get nice cars for themselves when they are rich and famous!
