ok it is called Copper Coat my dad said that if you can purchase it it will be at a electrical supply store.

remember very conductive and will stain cloths and skin.

Theres also several type of thread protection compund that you could use.
Battery washers work.
Electrical grease
Or.... some grease out of your grease gun.

Blaster products (which makes PB Blaster) also makes an anti-corrosion compound that is really good.
