Put smaller rims and bigger tires on it.

Yes you can, might not look very proper, but it'll definitely be better than repairing your tires and rims every week.

some slightly smaller rims will allow higher profile tires. Or maybe same size rims with a higher offset will tuck the wheels and tires in a bit more nd allow larger tires. What profil tires are on the car right now. Keep in mind there are many tires out there to choose from, im sure you can get a little softer side wall which will be a little more flexible with bumps and pot holes.

Also, a change in driving style is needed with any nice rims and low profile tires. You have to be more aware and dodge the pot holes as best you can, slow down ALOT for bumps and curbs or entering driveways.... You cant just drive like you do with a stock car.

You have ruined that car with those tyres and lowering the suspension, but that is just my opinion. If you want to keep the look of it then I think you should keep the rims and tyres at stock size. I don't mean put the stock wheels back on just get a smaller version of those rims.

Look on the tire...there should be a set of 3 numbers, such as "235/75/R15" for me. The last number means 15 inch rims.

I'd take it to a local tire shop and get a quote for them to put some reasonably sized wheels and tires on it.
