Default Lorenzo Wheel finish fading. How to restore?

I have 22'' lorenzo wheels on my ford explorer. I noticed when I was washing the car, the finish of the wheel had streaks of chrome, like water went down it but never dried. How do I restore it? I have attached a couple photos. of it as well.

have the same wheels. it's not chrome it's polished with a clear coat. just but a mothers power ball and some polish and it should come off and clean up.
