Default Need help determining size of rims

I have a set of 20 inch helo rims. They are a 5 lug but i do not know if they are 114 or 115 etc. I tried measuring but i only have a tape ruler which is throwing me off. The info i could get from the rim is as follows HE834 20x8 1/2 and then LG0607-55. On the inside of the back of the rim it also says SAE J2530. I am trying to sell these and i cant do this until i know the exact size. If anyone could help or give advice id greatly appriciate it. Ill include a picture as well. Thank you.

114.3 is closer to 114 than 115

I'm only relaying what other sites list as a bolt pattern for those wheels.

No idea what they would sell for. The right person might pay a good bit for them.
