Default Info on these Vintage rims

Hello everyone, my dad recently passed and we are in the process of cleaning out his garage. We came across a set of rims. He bought these new for his '78 Bonneville. The car was totalled several years later and he kept the wheels around but never had another vehicle that they fit. So we're going to put them up for sale. Any ideas as to the brand and current value and does late 1970s sound about right? They have spinners and hubs that are screwed on and are a gold & silver finish. Even the tire valve stems have a silver finish to them. They seem really nice and we want to get a fair price for them for my Mom.
