Default 99 Blazer tire issue

I got a patch job on a tire today, the garage doing it asked which way the white wall faced, I could not remember and goofed and got it put on the opposite way of the other 3 tires. I put the tire back on and was just wondering if it will affect anything with the other tires or the way the car handles. Or if it is just going to be gaudy.

It and the other 3 tires have less then 10000 Miles on them since they were new.

If the tread is symmetrical (not-directional) it won't matter.

Yep, typically you'll see a very clear indicator on the sidewall of the tire which will tell you if it's directional.
