Default Is there a such thing as a Center Hub Bore Reducer?

So I needed tires desperately and went out and bought a set of 4 rims and tires for a Toyota. I own a 1999 Nissan Cefiro. Completely overlooked the center hub being a different size. Anyway I go to put them on and the center bore on my 16in wheel is just a hair too small to fit on the cars hub. Is there any reducer or something that can be an easy fix?

You would need to have the wheels machined open to clear the bore
