Talking Aftermarket items

I want to get some aftermarket GMC chrome rims for my vehicle they are slightly bigger than what's on it currently. What do I need to do to make this work? My current rims are 16x7 6lug w 5.5 bolt pattern
The new ones are 18x7 5lug w 126mm bolt pattern

You should really only get wheels with the same bolt pattern. You can get hub adapters that will allow you to run a different bolt pattern, but unless you get wheels with some crazy offset to account for this, you will dramatically shorten the lifetime of your wheel hubs.
