Default New tires/wheels on '07 Focus

I was in need of some new tires, and plan on competing in the SCCA Solo trials for the rest of the year. I wanted something with good grip and decent wear rating. I ended up ordering some 18" Focal F-05's wrapped with Kumho ECSTA 215/35/18's.

I plan on putting on a set of Eibach 2" Drop springs soon.

What you guys think?

yeah the drop will help. It looks as if the rear is lower than the front though, and the springs are 2" front and 2.6" rear and I got a big heavy box with 2 12's in the trunk so I think I may look for some cheap used adjustables, I am not completely sure yet...

they originally had it written down as 225/40's but then when I went to have them installed they had ordered the 215/35's. Doesnt really bother me as the speedo is right still, and the slightly narrower tread will allow the tires to tuck into the fenders when the body rolls going around corners. I do agree that the slightly taller and wider 225/40 would have looked a little better though.
