Volvo would be safer and ride sturdier.

Anyways. Simply put, it isn't remotely cost effective to mad a cobalt past exhaust, intake, and plugs.

Gotta say I'm with lemnans here. You wanna look badass?

Nuff said.

I saw one this summer at a light. Blacked out 3rd gen just like that. Squatting down over fat tires, straight piped, sounded incredible. At a light next to a '95 era bright red Mustang GT convertible. Now i'm not a fan of that gen Mustang anyway, but that third gen looked and sounded like it wanted to eat the Mustang's children.

[QUOTE=lemans81;72041]With enough money you can pretty much do anything. What kind of budget are you running on? Are you planning to do it yourself?

I plan on doing it myself and there is no budget just looking to see what my options are. Do u know of any programmers for my car or where i can look?

You would be lucky to get 20hp out of a tuner on a stock cobalt...in fact I would be suprised if you got 10-12hp. Without a blower or something of that caliber your looking at seriously diminished returns.
