With enough money you can pretty much do anything. What kind of budget are you running on? Are you planning to do it yourself?

To even think about running forced inductin, you better have minimum of about $5k for anything good and reliable, and have plenty of patience. Boosting an N/A motor is always full of problems, much of which is related to fabricating custom parts.

I guess ill be the first to say it, but the cobalt isnt a very good platform to try and soup up for performance. I honestly would consider saving a few $k and then selling the cobalt for what its worth. Then take that money and buy a decent car that has real potential. There are tons of cars out there for well under $10k that have a lot of potential. Speed and power costs money, and lots of it. I can attest for it with my supra. Its truely a money pit.

You can get a nice quality Volvo 940 Turbo and make it a 13 second car for under $10000
